一、车辆租用告知

感谢您租用本公司车辆。请您认真阅读租赁合同条款，充分了解租赁合同内容，并请您认真阅读以下车辆租用要求。

1、承租车辆时，承租人为自然人的，应提交本人合法有效身份证件、机动车驾驶证，为他人租赁车辆的还应如实提交实际驾驶人身份证件；承租人为企业法人或其他组织的，应当提交企业法人营业执照或其他有效登记证件、授权委托书、经办人身份证件及拟定驾驶人有效身份证件、机动车驾驶证，驾驶人变更的应向本公司及时更新实际驾驶人有效身份证件。

2、本公司向您提供的车辆（牌照号：同合同登记表），行驶牌证齐全有效，技术状况良好，已在交通运输管理部门备案登记，已向保险公司投保机动车交通事故强制保险、商业险和三者险，保险公司客服电话95585。

3、为了使您的合法权益得到保障，您租用的车辆应由租赁合同中约定的驾车人驾驶，不得将车辆交给无驾驶证、驾驶证准驾车型与租赁车辆不符的人员驾驶。

4、不得擅自改装、改造车辆，或更换、增设、安装其他附属设施，不得将该车辆进行抵押、变卖或转租。

5、严禁利用车辆非法从事运营活动，严禁使用车辆运输、放置危险品或其他违禁品，严禁利用车辆进行违法犯罪活动和有损社会公共安全或利益的其他活动。

6、严禁酒后或服用精神药品、麻醉药品后驾驶车辆。

7、在租用车辆期间发生交通违法行为的，属于车辆承租人自行承担的法律责任，请您于15日内处理完。逾期处理按照合同约定有可能产生额外费用。

二、安全驾驶告知

为了您和他人的交通安全，创建首都和谐交通秩序环境，维护首都文明城市形象，承租人应按照合同约定的用途、车辆性能和操作规程使用租赁车辆，承租人应严格遵守交通法律法规，自觉规范交通行为：

1、取车前应熟悉租赁车辆的功能和性能，出车前做好车辆安全状况检查，了解熟悉车辆性能、特点，确保车辆制动、转向、电路、轮胎、燃料、车容车况完好，警告标志、灭火器具等安全装置齐全有效，驾驶证、行驶证齐备。

2、文明驾驶、安全驾驶，服从交通警察指挥，遵守交通标志、标线，遇斑马线时应礼让行人；提前了解禁限行路段及时绕行，遵守道路限行、尾号限行规定；不开“斗气车”；严禁驾车时使用手持电话。遇突发情况请及时拨打110报警。

3、车辆驾驶过程中，应确保司乘人员系好安全带、保持与其他车辆的安全行驶距离、时刻观察路面情况；停车时检查车门、车窗落锁关闭情况，不在车内存放贵重物品；严禁疲劳驾驶，连续驾驶机动车4小时应停车休息至少20分钟。

4、保持适当行车安全距离。当机动车时速超过100公里时，与同车道前车距离保持在100米以上，尤其要与大型客、货车辆保持适当的安全距离，以防前车紧急制动时发生追尾碰撞。

5、恶劣天气谨慎驾驶。在恶劣天气情况下做好安全评估，遇雾、雨、雪、沙尘、冰雹等低能见度气象条件时，要开启雾灯、近光灯、示廓灯和危险报警闪光灯，并保持适当车速行驶。通过涉水路段时要谨慎驾驶、注意避让。

6、切莫酒后驾车。酒后驾车是严重违法行为，极易发生交通事故，属于保险拒赔范围。当您饮酒后要驾驶时，谨记您的家人正在时刻盼您平安归来，您的平安就是家庭的幸福。

7、您驾驶的车辆如果发生交通事故，请及时拨打交通事故报警电话122和公司客服电话60734000，事故中造成人员伤亡时，请及时拨打医疗急救电话120。发生车辆故障时，拨打公司客服或救援电话60734000，以便我们及时组织救援并办理保险索赔等事项。

Notice on Rental of Small‑ and Mini‑Size Passenger Vehicles

I. Vehicle Rental Notice

Thank you for renting a vehicle from our company. Please carefully read the terms of the vehicle rental contract to fully understand its contents, as well as the following vehicle‑rental requirements.

1. Where the lessee is a natural person, he/she shall present his/her valid identity document and motor vehicle driving license when renting a vehicle. If renting a vehicle for another person, the lessee shall also truthfully provide the identity document of the actual driver. Where the lessee is an enterprise legal person or other organization, it shall submit its business license or other valid registration documents, a power‑of‑attorney, the identity document of the handling agent, as well as valid identity documents and motor vehicle driving licenses of designated drivers. In case of any change of driver, our company shall be promptly updated with valid identity documents of the new actual driver.

2. The vehicle provided by our company (license plate number: as specified in the contract registration form) is complete with valid vehicle registration documents, in sound technical condition, duly filed with transport administrative authorities, and covered by compulsory traffic accident liability insurance, commercial insurance and third‑party liability insurance. 3. To safeguard your legitimate rights and interests, the rented vehicle shall be driven only by the driver(s) specified in the rental contract. Do not hand over the vehicle to any person without a driving license or whose driving license does not authorize driving of the rented vehicle.

4. Do not refit or alter the vehicle, nor replace, add or install any auxiliary equipment. The vehicle shall not be mortgaged, sold or sub‑leased.

5. It is strictly prohibited to engage in illegal commercial transportation with the vehicle; to transport or store dangerous goods or other contraband aboard the vehicle; or to use the vehicle for criminal activities or any other acts jeopardizing public safety or public interests.

6. Driving under the influence of alcohol, psychotropic substances or narcotic drugs is strictly forbidden.

7. Any traffic violations incurred during the rental period shall be the lessee’s legal liability. Please settle such violations within 15 days. Failure to do so may give rise to extra charges in accordance with the contract.

II. Safe‑Driving Notice

For your safety and that of other road users, to foster harmonious traffic order in the capital and uphold the image of a civilized city, the lessee shall use the rented vehicle in compliance with the contracted purpose, vehicle performance specifications and operating procedures, strictly abide by traffic laws and regulations, and observe civilized driving norms.

1. Prior to vehicle pickup, familiarize yourself with the vehicle’s functions and performance. Before departure, inspect the vehicle’s safety conditions to ensure its braking, steering, electrical system, tires and fuel supply are in good order and the vehicle is in proper condition. Confirm warning signs, fire extinguishers and other safety devices are complete and functional, and that driving license and vehicle license are on‑board.

2. Drive safely and courteously; follow directions from traffic police and obey traffic signs and road markings. Yield to pedestrians at zebra crossings. Keep informed of traffic‑restricted sections and take detours as required; comply with road and license‑plate tail‑number restrictions. Avoid aggressive “road‑rage” driving. Hand‑held phone use while driving is prohibited. In case of emergency, dial 110 for police assistance.

3. While driving, ensure all occupants fasten seat belts, maintain safe following distances and continuously monitor road conditions. Upon parking, verify that all doors and windows are securely closed and locked. Do not leave valuables inside the vehicle. Fatigued driving is prohibited: after four consecutive hours of driving, stop and rest for no less than 20 minutes.

4. Maintain adequate following distance. When travelling above 100 km/h, keep a distance of at least 100 metres from the vehicle ahead in the same lane. Exercise extra caution near large passenger and freight vehicles to avoid rear‑end collisions caused by sudden braking ahead.

5. Drive cautiously in adverse weather. Assess road safety under bad weather conditions. In low‑visibility conditions such as fog, rain, snow, sand‑dust or hail, turn on fog lamps, low‑beam headlights, marker lamps and hazard warning flashers, and adjust speed accordingly. Proceed carefully and yield appropriately when crossing water‑covered road sections.

6. Never drink and drive. Drunk driving constitutes a serious offence, greatly increases accident risks, and will result in insurance claim rejection. If you have consumed alcohol, remember that your family awaits your safe return home — your safety brings happiness to your family.

7. In the event of a traffic accident involving the rented vehicle, promptly dial the traffic‑accident emergency number 122 and our company’s customer‑service hotline 60734000. Call the first‑aid number 120 in case of injuries or casualties. For vehicle breakdowns, contact our customer‑service or rescue hotline 60734000 so that we may arrange roadside assistance and process insurance claims without delay.
